March 2020 – Press Conference and Medicaid Redesign Team II to Hold Additional Public Comment Forum

THE SCOOP: On Monday, March 2nd, the New York State Medicaid Redesign Team II (MRT II) will hold a Public Comment Forum to give members of the public the opportunity to speak about changes to our State’s Medicaid program within the upcoming fiscal year State Budget.
Before the Public Comment Forum, many consumer health advocacy groups and Medicaid enrollees will hold a press conference to voice their concerns with the MRT II process and to call for such provisions as the elimination of the New York State Medicaid Global Cap.
