Paul DiLorenzo, ACSW, MLSP is a Senior Director for Strategic Consulting at Casey Family Programs, where he has led the Foundation’s efforts in several states. He has over thirty five years of experience in child welfare and youth development settings. Paul began his career as a caseworker in a child welfare agency and continued on to serve in management and leadership positions. He was the Special Assistant for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare within the Secretary’s office and was the Director of the Children’s Division of American Humane Association. Paul was the Director of Children’s Policy in Philadelphia and then went on to lead his own consulting practice that included clients from state and federal government agencies and philanthropy. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Law and Social Policy. He was an adjunct professor at the Temple University Graduate School of Social Work and has published a number of articles in professional journals and periodicals. In addition, he has been a keynote speaker at a number of child welfare and youth development related events. He has served on several non-profit boards in a volunteer capacity.
